About the Sisters!
The Andrews Sisters Tribute Show consists of three sassy divas - Cherryn Lomas, Anita David and Kelsey Giarola. Together the khaki-clad gals bring back the gorgeous 3-part harmony of the Original Andrews Sisters that will get you toe-tapping and up on the dance floor. The classic "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy", "Rum and Coca Cola" and "Chattanooga Choo Choo" are only some of the tunes that fill our extensive repertoire.
Before The Show Started...
In 2005, The Andrews Sisters concept was created as the "sugar and spice" pre-act to the successful Glenn Miller Tribute Big Band, to add variety to the already existing show. When the Glenn Miller Tribute Big Band underwent a change later that year to form part of the Qld Pops Orchestra, the vocalists decided to form their own Show with a 3-piece rhythm section and an additional trumpet player. April 2007 saw the official launch of the Andrews Sisters Tribute Show under the management of Cherryn Lomas.
